- : A 106-seat theatre located on the 1st floor of The Adrienne, the Mainstage is available for rental throughout the year when not in use by InterAct, the space's resident company. When not in use by InterAct, the mainstage is rented by local theatre companies with no resident space. A standard rental agreement includes the 106-seat theatre, seven dressing rooms (1-3 person), basic lighting and sound equipment. Rentals do not include insurance, production staff, box office or marketing services. Rentals are on a weekly basis, with the week starting on Mondays and ending on Sundays, and renters are free to set their own performance schedule. Currently, the Mainstage is booked for the entire 2010/2011 season. Inquiries about availability during the 2011/2012 season will be accepted beginning December 13, 2010.
- : A new, versatile studio space, SkyBox has a seating capacity of 60-80 people depending on riser configuration. The space is rented weekly by local theatre companies with no resident space. A standard rental agreement includes the 60-80 seat theatre, two dressing rooms, basic lighting and sound equipment. Rentals do not include insurance, production staff, box office or marketing services. Rentals are on a weekly basis, with the week starting on Mondays and ending on Sundays, and renters are free to set their own performance schedule. Currently, SkyBox is booked for the entire 2010/2011 season. Inquiries about availability during the 2011/2012 season will be accepted beginning December 13, 2010.
- : A 29' x 21' rehearsal hall located downstairs at The Adrienne, the Basement Rehearsal Room is rented by the hour and includes central air, folding chairs and a table.
- : A 24' x 16½' rehearsal hall located on the 2nd floor of The Adrienne, the 2nd Floor Rehearsal Room is rented by the hour and includes central air, folding chairs and a table.
